Neha Shah is a native Angeleno and women’s health physical therapist with over 20 years of experience and specialized training in pelvic floor therapy. She supports women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and midlife transitions. Her integrative approach blends physical therapy, yoga therapy, and health coaching. Neha is the founder of WUUM, a women’s wellness center in Santa Monica, and treats patients through her private practice, Back to Center Physical Therapy.
