I’m Dr. Kamaria Washington, founder of Pelvic Noire and a Pelvic Floor PT passionate about helping women feel strong, informed, and comfortable in their bodies again. My own journey with pelvic floor tension, pain, and confusing symptoms further inspired this work after years of providers missing the root cause. Patients often tell me I make “taboo” conversations feel easy and judgment-free. I’m also the friend who goes the extra mile by connecting people to resources, checking in, and helping them stay accountable to their goals. Pregnancy support and pelvic pain resolution is my jam, and we help women with leakage, prolapse, and more.

Hobbies: Dancing, Reading (especially magical realism), Journaling, Writing poetry, and exploring Metro Detroit
